Board Agendas & Minutes
Agendas and minutes give our community a transparent view of the Board of Education's work, from the matters up for discussion to the decisions made. You will find this year's documents below.
Agendas
The agenda lists the proposed business for each meeting and always includes at least one period for public comment.
Minutes
Minutes are the official record of each meeting, capturing attendance, Board decisions, and votes. Approved minutes are posted once the Board adopts them.
How the Agenda Works
- Every agenda includes at least one public comment period so the community can address the Board.
- The Board may amend the agenda at a meeting by a majority vote of its members.
- Routine items may be grouped on a consent agenda, and any Board member can pull an item out for separate discussion.
These agendas are provided for general informational purposes only. Consistent with Board policy, the Board of Education may revise an agenda and may take up other matters at a meeting.
