The District Nurse's role is to support the physical health, safety, and overall well-being of every student in our district. Whether your student needs chronic condition management, daily medication coordination, or school-day medical assistance, we are here to support your family.

Medication Policy
To keep all students safe, all medications must be delivered directly to the school office by an adult. Students are not permitted to transport or carry medications unless coordinated beforehand.
Administration Forms
For any medication administered at school, please download our official form, obtain your physician's signature, and return it to the office.
Release of Information
Need the district to coordinate directly with your child's pediatrician, specialist, or clinic? Download and submit the medical exchange authorization form.
