Do you know the story of the Princess and the Pea? We do! Our story begins in a faraway kingdom long ago. Due to an unhappy curse, the King is unable to speak and the Queen has taken over control of the kingdom. In an attempt to keep Prince Dauntless single, she has decreed that only the princess that can pass her test may marry her son.  We'll meet Princess Winnifred the Woebegone who instantly catches the attention of Prince Dauntless! Will she be able to pass the Queen's supposedly impassable sensitivity test?

Choir Excels at Festival

Congratulations to the Haslett High School choirs for the beautiful music they created this weekend at the District 8 Solo & Ensemble Festival! Haslett had 43 events performed over the course of the festival hosted by Leslie High School. The Chorale, Men's Ensemble, Select and the Fermatas all earned perfect scores. The soloists and small ensembles all earned excellent ratings and gained new knowledge through comments and clinics with their adjudicators.  A large portion of the events will advance to State Solo and Ensemble in April! Thank you to our students and their representation of our program and community!
